**Sales Consultant**

**Accountabilities**

1. Engage and build relationships with prospective investors to promote property investment opportunities in the UK, UAE, and other international markets.

2. Conduct consultations, presentations, and webinars to educate clients on overseas property investments.

3. Proactively generate new leads through networking, referrals, events, and marketing campaigns.

4. Manage the sales process from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a seamless client experience.

5. Stay updated on market trends, investment strategies, and overseas property developments.

6. Maintain a strong client database and provide ongoing support to investors post-sale.

7. Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns.

8. Attend exhibitions, networking events, and property investment seminars to represent CSI PROP.

**Key Requirements**

1. Proven experience in sales, real estate, banking, financial advisory, or investment consultancy is preferred.

2. Strong ability to build relationships and engage with high-net-worth clients.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

4. Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and a passion for sales.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

6. Familiarity with property investment trends, particularly in the UK, UAE, and other international markets is an advantage.

7. Willingness to attend client meetings, networking events, and exhibitions.

8. Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.

9. Has passion for the real estate industry.

10. Has an awesome personality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM49,000.00 per month
