Property Sales Executive / Manager

As a Property Sales Executive / Manager, you will be responsible for driving property sales and building strong client relationships within the real estate market. Your role involves generating leads, understanding clients' needs, showcasing suitable properties, and negotiating deals to achieve sales targets. As a Manager, you will also play a key role in guiding and supporting team members, contributing to overall team performance. This position requires strong communication skills, solid knowledge of property market trends, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively source new clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Meet with clients to understand their property requirements and provide expert advice on market options and conditions.
  • Identify and propose suitable properties that meet clients' needs, attend to customer inquiries promptly, and collaborate with team members on sales strategies.
  • Schedule and conduct property tours, effectively showcasing property features and benefits to potential buyers.
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring fair and mutually beneficial terms.
  • Prepare, review, and finalize legal contracts and all required documentation.
  • Stay updated with property market trends, pricing, new developments, and competitor activities.
  • Provide after-sales support and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Track sales activities, maintain accurate records, and work consistently to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • (For Manager level) Guide, support, and mentor team members to improve performance, enhance sales skills, and achieve team goals.
  • (For Manager level) Assist in planning sales strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to drive higher lead generation and conversion rates.

Ideal candidates are motivated, results-driven, and knowledgeable in the real estate industry, with proven experience in client management and property sales. Candidates applying for the Manager position should also demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive team performance.

Qualifications for Property Sales Executive:

  1. Diploma or degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
  2. Background in real estate sales or similar client-facing role.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM software skills.
  4. Goal-oriented, familiar with local property laws, flexible with work hours.  
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
  6. Bilingual or multilingual is an added advantage (especially in Mandarin and English).
