Job Overview

Lead the sales and marketing team to achieve project sales targets and strengthen brand presence

Key Responsibilities

Sales Management

  • Plan and execute sales strategies to meet project targets
  • Motivate and guide the sales team to achieve optimal performance
  • Organize and manage sales launches, exhibitions, and events
  • Establish agent networks and bulk buyer partnerships to strengthen market penetration

Marketing & Branding

  • Manage and coordinate all advertisement materials and campaigns with media agencies, advertising agencies, and real estate agencies for both ongoing and new property launches
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, and events)
  • Maintain consistent corporate branding across all materials
  • Collaborate with agencies for advertising and promotions.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends
  • Provide feedback to improve product offerings and pricing strategies

Customer Experience

  • Ensure smooth handling of purchaser inquiries and post-sales service
  • Work with Customer Service to resolve buyer issues promptly

Reporting

  • Prepare sales performance reports and provide insights to management
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in property sales and marketing
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage teams effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
