**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Teaching & Learning**:

- Develop and review course materials, lesson plans, and assessment tools to align with the curriculum and industry standards.
- Employ innovative teaching methods, including the use of technology, to enhance the learning experience.

**Curriculum Development**:

- Participate in curriculum design and revision to ensure relevance to current trends and advancements in multimedia and creative arts.
- Integrate emerging technologies and software into course delivery (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Unity, Blender, etc.).

**Student Supervision**:

- Guide and mentor students in project work, research, and portfolio development.
- Provide academic support and career advice to help students achieve their goals.

**Research & Development**:

- Engage in research and scholarly activities in the field of multimedia and creative technologies.
- Publish research findings and participate in conferences, seminars, and workshops.

**Industry Engagement**:

- Collaborate with industry professionals to ensure the curriculum reflects industry needs.
- Facilitate guest lectures, industry visits, and internships for students.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Contribute to departmental meetings, committees, and accreditation processes.
- Ensure timely grading and feedback for student assessments.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated on trends, tools, and techniques in multimedia and creative arts.
- Attend professional development programs to enhance teaching and technical skills.

**Key Requirements**:
**Education**:

- A Master’s degree in Multimedia, Creative Arts, Digital Media, or a related field. A Ph.D. is an added advantage.

**Experience**:

- At least 2-5 years of teaching experience in multimedia or relevant industry experience.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in multimedia tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Unity, Maya, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of multimedia design principles, digital media production, and creative storytelling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
