**Job Description**:

- 1) Maintain full sets of accounts.
2) Handling company payroll.
3) Knowledge of SQL Accounting.
2) Checking sales invoices to the ERP system.
3) Responsible for processing supplier invoices and updating them into the ERP
system.
4) Monitoring of filing, record keeping, and ensuring accurate filing &
documentation.
5) Ensure accounting records & systems are in compliance with company
policies, approved accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
6) Processing of credit notes to clients.
7) Bank related works.
8) In charge of monthly management reports and other accounts/tax-related
schedules.
9) Responsible for audit and tax matters.
10) Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.
