We’re looking for a passionate, strategic, and hands-on **Store Supervisor** to join our team and shape the future of our people development initiatives.

Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth operations on the respective in charged outlets
- Ensure store adhere to compliance, procedure, and policies
- Assist to arrange the weekly schedule
- Ensure cash float, sales collection and monetary related amount are calculated accurately, stored carefully and bank in accordingly
- Manage in ordering stocks if necessary
- Responsible to ensure the company assets are properly managed
- Ensure every drink serves to customers with passion and follow the standard SOP to maintain the quality
- Performs any ad-hoc tasks/responsibilities by the superior

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year and above working experience as a supervisor especially in F&B industry or any related field.
- Willing to work on rotational shifts especially on weekends & public holidays
- Excellent communication skills to communicate across all levels and customers
- Possess own transportation
