**Your Role**:

- Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans that focus on social, emotional, cognitive, physical development of students aged 2-3 years old.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and discovery.
- Use positive discipline techniques to promote good behavior, respect, and a positive attitude among children.
- Observe and assess children’s behavior, development, and learning, providing constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
- Work closely with parents, guardians, and other teachers to support each child’s individual needs and interests.

**About You**:

- Possess at least Diploma/ Advanced Diploma/ Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Relevant experience working with toddlers, preferably in a preschool or childcare setting.
- Knowledge of child development theories, best practices in early childhood education, and language acquisition principles.
- Ability to create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with parents, guardians, and other teachers.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with young children.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining records and documentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
