**Your Role**:

- Assist students with homework assignments.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and discovery.
- Use positive discipline techniques to promote good behavior and respect among children.
- Observe and assess children’s behavior, development, and learning, and provide feedback to parents and guardians.
- Work closely with parents, guardians, and other teachers to support each child’s individual needs and interests.
- Maintain accurate records of each child’s progress, including attendance, development, and milestones.
- Participate in parent-teacher conferences and other meetings to discuss children’s progress and development.
- Keep the classroom clean, organized, and well-stocked with appropriate supplies and materials.
- Attend professional development workshops and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest research, techniques, and trends in early childhood education.

**About You**:

- Relevant experience working with toddlers, preferably in a preschool or childcare setting.
- Knowledge of child development theories, best practices in early childhood education.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively with parents, guardians, and other teachers.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with young children.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining records and documentation.
