Job Description Conduct site audit on the quality of construction works on Architecture, M&E and Structural Works based on QLASSIC / CONQUAS standards. Audit the products constructed based on contract and S&P specification. Audit the development mock-up units are constructed with good quality standard & according to S&P specifications. Audit the Shop Drawings for its endorsement by Architect and relevant Engineers prior commence of construction. Non-Compliance reports to forward to project manager for rectification / resolve. To review and proposed design, materials and work procedures and methods of statement for further enhancement to good practices. Audit the various testing of materials, functionality of the products and system. Audit the SO/ engineer approved building materials as according to contract. Prepare and present Architecture, M&E and Structure QAQC good practices and non-compliance to projects. Audit the Tender schedule based on the approved Master Development Programmed. Audit the work progress of Mock up Units and projects schedule. Presentation to relevant personnel on dinging on site and the non-compliances and good practices. Job Requirements Degree / Diploma in Architecture / Civil Engineering Construction Management / Building Surveying or related discipline. At least 5 years working experience in building construction site. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Effective team player and meticulous. Able to work in a team as well as independently.
