**PROJECT QAQC**

**Job Summary**
- To implement and facilitate Quality Management System (QMS) and Project Quality Audit at Site.
- To implement site quality management procedures by liaising with Project Team, Managers and Construction Heads.
- To assist the Project Manager on the project quality control related matters including preparation of relevant documents, correspondence and submission to client, consultant, authority and etc.
- To manage and report on aspects related to Project Quality Assurance to all parties includes clients and consultants.
- To prepare and maintain Project Quality Plan (PQP). - To assist and liaise with site personnel in preparing QAQC documents including progress report, method statement and ITP (Inspection and Test Plan).
- To supervise and coordinate inspections and test activities carried out on all components and materials to ensure conformance to the specifications.
- To carry out inspection and quality system activities based on approved method statement
- To review the company Quality Management System periodically and to do necessary changes as required according to its suitability to the company’s operations.
- To ensure all jobs at site are carried out in accordance to required specification, quality, and safety standard and effect the construction progress by coordinating and auditing regularly.
- To monitor & identify daily site quality problem.
- To coordinate with consultant about quality issues and the closure of the Non-Compliance Report - To schedule, execute and evaluate project internal quality audit.
- To responsible on monitoring and take care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site observation, material delivery and other QA/QC documents.
- To ensure all material used and arrived are according to project specification.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Construction/Civil Engineering/Architectural/ Buildings
- 2-3 years working experience in similar capacity
- Familiar with ISO 90001/Qlassic for constructions industry
- Based at Project Sites
- Good communication & Teamwork

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
