The Logistics Process Expert is a unique opportunity to lead the transformation to enable future business growth at an unprecedented level.

**What You’ll Do**:
As a Logistics Process Expert, you will collaborate to enhance the end-to-end logistics journey from suppliers to customers. You'll lead efforts to streamline and standardize processes, driving impactful business transformation and continuous improvement. Your initiatives will deliver value through process improvements, automation, and business intelligence to support data-driven decisions. Reimagine existing processes to boost efficiencies and achieve substantial improvements.

**Who We’re Looking For**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operational research, supply chain, or related field. MBA or
- master’s preferred
- 5-7 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading and managing transformational projects in logistics or supply chain environments.
- Solution Design and implementation experience with
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
- Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) technology

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Industry-Recognized Certifications such as:

- APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
- Certified Logistics Professional (CLP)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
