- **Disciplinary Actions**- Ensure compliance, manage investigations, and enforce policies.
- **Legal Compliance** - Conduct bi-annual labor law and payroll reviews.
- **Career Growth** - Develop career paths for operations and office staff.
- **Performance & Rewards** - Implement KPIs, salary reviews, and recognition programs.
- **Organization Chart** - Maintain and update team structure.
- **Offboarding** - Handle resignations, exit interviews, and final settlements.

**Requirements**:

- **3-5 years** in HR (recruitment, payroll, compliance).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
