As a Service Technician you will be responsible for equipment and machinery inspection, installation, maintenance and response to service calls in a timely fashion and demonstrate courteous and professional attitude dealing with the public.
- You will troubleshoot, repair and/or escalate issues as appropriate. You will be expected to safely operate and maintain equipment, maintain an accurate service tracker and develop a service maintenance plan for customers.

**Responsibilities for Service Technician**
- Inspecting and installation
- Responsive to service calls
- Present a professional appearance
- Possess knowledge and ability in handling heavy items
- Communicate with customer about work completed and ability to determine when issues need to be escalated
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues appropriately
- Safely use of tools and equipment
- Upkeep and maintain workshop equipment

**Qualifications for Service Technician**
- At least one year of experience in maintenance, repair and services.
- Min SPM/STPM or equivalent certificate
- Basic knowledge of electricity and mechanical functions
- Knowledge in using hand tools
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Good communication manner
- Possess of valid driving license

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Language**:

- English & Bahasa Melayu (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
