**Job Summary**:

- Manage the execution of country expansion strategies and establish long-term relationships with potential key clients and customers in line with business objectives.
- Job Responsibilities
- Lead client acquisition and development covering key activities: lead generation, pipeline development, activity planning
- Identify opportunities for new product/ service development
- Build plan to develop SaaS offering and execute on it.
- Manage research/feasibility studies/market scan, evaluate findings and prepares information for decision-making
- Provide necessary support to operations team to ensure flawless execution of planned and ongoing projects.
- Responsible for business development project strategic initiatives, as aligned within the team.
- Manage the negotiation process. Prepare contracts, providing inputs on proper pricing and contract terms. Identify upselling opportunities and manage contract renegotiations with existing clients
- Manage the improvement of current Business Development processes and cross-functional collaboration to drive effectiveness and minimize redundancy
- Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Business Development and DKSH behavior as part of continuous learning and achieve teaM/Function goals
- Develop and continuously improve external communication materials.
- Oversee execution of a regular webinar series & content generation to display leadership in the space.
**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in any fields
- Effective communicator - Ability to coordinate, align external and internal stakeholders in complex and ambiguous situations
- Deep understanding of healthcare systems & trends in Malaysia
- Highly proficient with MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel) for developing insights and communications for a wide range of stakeholders
- Strong understanding of client business critical topics
- to large-d companies in similar industries for patient and payer service projects
- Demonstrate business acumen, analytical and business analysis skills
- Proven client and customer account management skills
- Ability to manage global/regional/country level assignments and projects
- Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross-country/-cultural interactions
- Demonstrate fluency in English (both written and spoken)
