Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic Telemarketers to join our Coway team Your role is to contact potential customers by phone, introduce Coway’s award-winning home wellness products, and generate leads or close sales. If you enjoy engaging with people and have a passion for sales, this is the perfect opportunity for you

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Coway products (water purifiers, air purifiers, mattresses, etc.).
- Explain product features, benefits, promotions, and financing options clearly.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Schedule appointments for demonstrations or direct installations.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

**Requirements**:
Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service is an advantage (fresh graduates are welcome).

Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Basic computer skills.
