**Project Manager**

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving projects to success? We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives in dynamic environments and can take ownership of projects from planning through to delivery.

This is a key leadership role where you will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with vendors and stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. If you’re someone who enjoys solving problems, building strong stakeholder relationships, and continuously improving processes, we want to hear from you

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to deliver seamless project execution.
- Define clear project scopes, objectives, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, including the CEO’s office.
- Oversee implementation phases such as vendor agreements, hardware/software setup, testing, and integration.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement through process reviews, documentation, and lessons learned.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT project components (server provisioning, software implementation, systems integration).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (PMP or PRINCE2 certification highly valued).
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure with mínimal supervision.
