- **Menjaga Kebersihan Restoran dan Bahagian Dapur**: Menjaga restoran dan kawasan dapur agar sentiasa kemas dan bersih pada setiap masa.
- **Membersih, Menggulung, Vakum, dan Mencuci Restoran**: Membersih, menggulung, vakum, dan mencuci restoran apabila diperlukan atau diserah tugaskan oleh Pengurus Restoran / Penyelia / Kapten.
- **Menukar Kain Kotor**: Menukar kain yang kotor, mengambil dan mengumpulkannya sebelum perkhidmatan bermula.
- **Mengambil Bekalan**: Mengambil barangan kering dan bekalan umum dari bilik stor jika diperlukan.
- **Mengisi Semula dan Membersihkan Bahan-Bahan**: Mengisi semula dan membersihkan semua bahan-bahan yang diperlukan sebelum waktu perkhidmatan.
- **Memastikan Peralatan Bersih dan Berada dalam Keadaan Baik**: Memastikan semua peralatan bersih dan berada dalam keadaan baik sebelum menyediakan meja atau bufet.
- **Menyediakan Penyediaan Meja Mengikut Keperluan**: Menyediakan penyediaan meja mengikut keperluan yang ditetapkan.
- **Memastikan Stesen Perkhidmatan Dikemas, Kemas, dan Bersih Sebelum Perkhidmatan**: Memastikan stesen perkhidmatan yang ditetapkan dikemas, kemas, dan bersih sebelum perkhidmatan.
- **Berada di Kawasan yang Ditetapkan dalam Restoran Semasa Waktu Perkhidmatan**: Berada di kawasan yang ditetapkan dalam restoran semasa waktu perkhidmatan kecuali diberi arahan khusus untuk berpindah ke tempat lain.
- **Melayan Makanan dan Minuman kepada Pelanggan Mengikut Standard yang Ditetapkan**: Melayan makanan dan minuman kepada pelanggan mengikut standard yang ditetapkan.
- **Menangani Pertanyaan Pelanggan dengan Sopan dan Cekap atau Menghantarkannya kepada Kapten**: Menangani pertanyaan pelanggan dengan sopan dan cekap atau menghantarnya kepada Kapten.

**Job Type**: Contract
