A **Toys Merchandiser** is responsible for ensuring toy products are well-stocked, attractively displayed, and effectively promoted to maximize sales. Their job scope includes:
**1. Inventory & Stock Management**
- Monitoring stock levels to ensure toys are available at all times.
- **Placing orders with the HQ** to replenish stock based on demand.
- Preventing overstock or stock shortages by analyzing sales trends.

**2. Visual Merchandising & Display**
- Arranging toy displays to attract children and parents.
- Ensuring shelves are neat, organized, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Setting up promotional displays, standees, and end caps to highlight bestsellers.

**3. Sales & Promotions**
- Implementing seasonal promotions (e.g., Christmas, school holidays).
- Working with marketing teams to promote new toy launches.
- Monitoring competitors’ pricing, promotions, and product placement.

**4. Store & Supplier Coordination**
- **Communicating with HQ to place purchase orders** and track delivery schedules.
- Building strong relationships with store managers and toy brands.
- Negotiating for better shelf space and prominent product placements.
- Ensuring pricing labels and promotional tags are correctly placed.

**5. Market Research & Reporting**
- Tracking sales performance of toys and suggesting improvements.
- Analyzing customer preferences and trending toys.
- Providing feedback to HQ on product performance and market demand.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
