**Position Summary**:
The Work Leader is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of the oil and gas industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a team of technicians and workers to achieve project objectives.
- Develop and implement work plans, schedules, and safety protocols for daily operations.
- Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety meetings, addressing any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Prepare reports on project progress, safety incidents, and resource utilization for management review.
- Respond effectively to emergency situations, implementing appropriate safety measures.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute for education.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.

**Working Conditions**:

- This position may require working in various environments, including outdoor and potentially hazardous locations.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM5,467.41 per month
