**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor food processing machinery, mixers, ovens, packaging lines, and related equipment.
- Ensure consistent product quality by following production specifications and recipes accurately.
- Perform routine equipment checks, basic troubleshooting, and minor maintenance tasks.
- Monitor critical control points (temperature, weight, timing) and document results.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and other food safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas to meet hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or deviations in product quality to the supervisor immediately.
- Assist in the setup and changeover of production lines during product transitions.
- Accurately complete production records, logs, and other documentation as required.
- Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Minimum SPM or Certificate/Diploma in Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years in a food manufacturing or processing environment is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (HACCP, GMP)
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to follow SOPs and work instructions accurately
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Physically fit and able to work in cold, hot, or wet environments

**Working Conditions**:

- Rotating shifts (day/night/weekend) may be required.
- Exposure to noise, humidity, and temperature-controlled environments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
