**Role & Responsibilities**
**Assisting with Procurement Activities**:
- Support the procurement team in sourcing suppliers, requesting quotes, and reviewing bids for goods and services.
- Assist in the preparation and issuance of purchase orders.
- Maintain and update supplier contact lists and procurement records
**Vendor Management**:
- Assist in monitoring supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of goods and services as per contract terms.
- Communicate with suppliers to clarify specifications, delivery schedules, and terms and conditions.
**Inventory and Order Management**:
- Help track and manage inventory levels, ensuring timely reordering of materials and supplies.
- Ensure that all goods ordered meet the specifications and quality standards.
**Compliance and Documentation**:
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and procurement procedures.
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of procurement documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
**Collaboration and Communication**:
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Legal, and Operations) to ensure the smooth processing of procurement requests.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve any procurement-related issues.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Possess at least Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
- Good team player with ability to work independently & under pressure.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
