**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and file construction documents including work permits, method statements, inspection forms, and site instructions.
- Record daily manpower, machinery, and progress reports for submission to HQ and consultants.
- Monitor staff and subcontractor attendance; manage timesheets and leave records.
- Coordinate delivery and tracking of construction materials and equipment on-site.
- Prepare and submit documentation for CIDB, JKR, DOSH, SPANS, or relevant authorities.
- Support the project team in procurement tracking, local purchases, and utility coordination (TNB, SYABAS, TM, etc.).
- Liaise with consultants, authorities, and subcontractors for document flow and approvals.
- Handle petty cash, site expenses, and basic office management at site cabin/office.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Admin / Civil Engineering / Construction Management.
- 1-3 years of experience in construction admin, preferably in infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and familiar with site reporting tools.
- Able to work independently at remote project locations.
- Knowledge of local authority processes and statutory submission requirements.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willing to be based at Nilai, Negeri Sembilan

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
