You independently operate and maintain at leas one process or equipment or systems following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and use your technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs.

**How you will contribute**

Manages a team on a shift basis, ensuring the achievement of SQCDSM targets for a specific production line or group of lines. Assumes full responsibility for implementing shift plans and meeting targets. Enhances team capability by assisting with equipment operation and ownership, as well as executing and taking ownership of standard work processes at the shift level. Takes charge of shift-level decision-making and troubleshoots to resolve any issues that arise.

- Safety and quality standards for operating machinery
- Reading and writing and fluently conversant in the language of communication as appropriate to the site

- Understanding of total productive maintenance tools and methodologies a distinct advantage

**What you need to know about this position**:

- Achieves overall SQCDSM targets for the lines and units throughout their shift.
- Holds themselves and their teams responsible for the outcomes during the shift
- Ensuring execution of planned work from the daily 24-hour action plan
- Manages one or more equipment and operates a group of equipment
- Adhering to shift-level standard work processes.
- Implements shiftly DMS cycle, ensuring team understanding and collaborative planning with previous and next shift leaders.
- Supports the team in issue identification, resolution, and troubleshooting.
- Makes decisions as required during the shift and escalates when necessary. Manages one or more standard work processes at the line level.
- Develops expertise in operations, people management, and IL6S.
- Undertakes any additional assigned tasks as needed
