1. To check various Tender Search systems on a daily basis and identify any contracts which may be of interest to the Company, either to bid or for market intelligence purposes

2. Assist in Preparation of the Technical submission of the tenders - Online & Physical

3. Follow relevant procedures for Tender compilation, authorization and dispatch

4. Responsible for ensuring tenders are submitted consistently ahead of the deadlines

5. Assist in Managing tenders, offers and monitoring when tenders are published

6. Handling agreement, contracts and pricing

7. To ensure tenders and business proposals meet all relevant specification; are in line with the most recent research available and best practices; and are compliant with client requirements

8. Submission of summary report for tenders submitted/decline/accepted and unsuccessful tenders

9. To register GLCs companies and participate in their tender

10. General administrative duties, including filing, binding, printing, etc (tender document)

11. Assist to maintain confidentiality at all times:
12. Assist in preparation contract and related documents for Govt and private sector clients.

13. **Must know E-PEROLEHAN process and flow, have experience in preparing E-PEROLEHAN tender, at least 1 to 2 year experience needed in required field.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
