**Join Our Team as an Administrative Assistant**

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our thriving team You'll play a pivotal role in supporting our daily operations by providing exceptional administrative and clerical support.

**Responsibilities**:
**Provide comprehensive administrative support**:Provide comprehensive support across all general administrative functions, ensuring smooth workflow.

**Procurement pro**: Prepare purchase requisitions (PRs), purchase orders (POs), quotations, and costing reports. Respond to inquiries from relevant personnel regarding these documents.

**Efficiency Expert**:Execute day-to-day functions effectively and efficiently to streamline our workflow.

**Master of organization**: Maintain filing systems, prepare documents, and ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.

**Supplier and subcontractor liaison**: Coordinate deliveries, handle communication, and resolve any arising issues.

**Adaptable and proactive**: Take initiative with ad-hoc tasks and readily assist with any additional needs that come up.

**Qualification**:
**Minimum SPM and above**: Proven typing speed (60+ WPM) and accuracy are essential.

**Experience matters**: Minimum of 1 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant is preferred.

**Communication is key**: Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a must, while Mandarin is an added advantage.

**Independent and reliable**: The ability to work independently with mínimal supervision is crucial.

**Immediate start preferred**: We're looking for someone who can join our team right away
