Description

**Primary Objective**:
To identify, define, operationalize and manage all digital products from retail business including managing required operational processes to execute digital products effectively. Be the central focal point for all product squads to identify and push incorporation of all relevant external/internal demand for product changes. Be the PMO oversee tribe's projects and ensures that projects are executed effectively and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Closely collaborate with digital product squads to understand customer, operational and process impact of digital products and identify changes required to be implemented
- Create a standard framework of reference for product squads to leverage in designing customer journey that complies to internal and external controls
- Collaborate closely with Fraud Management Unit, Group Ops, CARL and other functions to ensure management and operations of digital products are resilient, robust and secure.
- Define automation capabilities required and drive implementations
- Define a list of standard nonfunctional requirements that needs to be complied by product squads to ensure all necessary reporting, audit trail, data protection, security, fraud controls, performance, support/servicing and other nonfunctional requirements that can be incorporated as a standard into all product designs.
- Develop relevant analysis and reporting capability to provide management dashboard measuring growth, adoption, customer satisfaction and operational excellence of all digital products.

Perform required / on-demand support for customer or internal crisis/emergency related to digital products.

Tribe's projects oversight, track and provide project status and audit reports and management reporting/business performance analysis.

Bachelor Degree - Degree holder.

Experience as product manager for digital products in large organization

Experience in complex project work preferably in banking environment
- Knowledge in defining operational processes that are automated and developing lights-out operational capability for digital business is highly advantageous.
- Experience in PMO oversight and management reporting
