- Description**Primary Objective**:
Participate in Agile squad to deliver digital transformation initiatives using Agile methodology. Ensure the end-objectives of the initiatives are delivered by the squads according to the project timeline as a team. As a team, report to initiative product owners, sponsors and digital transformation program leadership on the initiative status and outcome.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Squad Lead to plan tasks required for delivery of Quest
- Build the strategic goals of a product or project initiative by developing plans to achieve business goals.
- Evaluate product specific requests to determine needs (i.e. product gaps, rates, competitive advantages, retention) and ensure the product is the best solution in the applicable market.
- Leading cross-functional teams in designing and developing solutions to meet business and investor needs. Including fulfillment workflow for new products, product delivery, and servicing needs.
- Requirements**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree - or equivalent combination of education and experience.

10+ mortgage experience including understanding of industry specific products, pricing, product management with knowledge of mortgage loans processing, compliance and underwriting guidelines
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communications skills
- Consultative and collaborative leadership style
- Client focused, coupling strategic focus with strong execution skills and a results orientation
- Strong business, financial and technical acumen. Strong Microsoft Office skills to include MS Power point, Word & Excel.
