**Primary Objective**:
To defend the quality of loan assets through proactive management of high-risk accounts identified to be under EAM strategy, early recognition of potential problematic accounts and advising originating unit on appropriate remedial actions to avoid impairment and provision.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage selected high-risk accounts with exposure RM5.0mil identified under EAM including monthly updates to Group Credit Committee and initiate appropriate action plans to improve the risk-profile and manage the accounts out of the EAM category or exit the relationship.
- Monitor and supervise accounts identified under EAM together with ARM of originating units including advising on appropriate remedial strategy to improve the risk-profile of the accounts or exit plans.
- Monitor the market and economic situations that may warrant immediate actions or strategy to be taken to safeguard the Bank’s interest in respect of the GBB portfolio.
- Continuous and consistent monitoring of key risk indicators for critical accounts.
- Timely review of EAM accounts with ARMs
- Requirements

**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree - Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics or other related disciplines..
- CCP

Minimum 8-10 years working experience in credit with exposure to SME. Possess good credit writing and analytical skills
- Well informed on credit analysis
- Good understanding of key bank processes
- Business financials and planning knowledge
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge on analytical tools
- Good written communication skills
