**Primary Objective**:

- Identifies strategic partnerships that RHBI should pursue
- Develop and size partnership opportunities, identifying positive financial value partnerships
- Engage internal teams (Risk, Compliance, Legal, Digital, IT, etc.) and external parties including regulatory (i.e. BNM, PIAM, etc.) to drive partnerships forward
- Leads the contracting, negotiation, and onboarding process of new partners including the orchestration of executive decision making

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work on detailed partnership models, integration plan, work with squads to incorporate into customer journey and perform detailed assessment of partnership capabilities and due diligence
- Plan and manage contracts, messaging, product integration, technology sourcing, and go to market plans with partner
- Continuously drive value on created partnership
- Ensure CAR compliance to all relevant partnership
- Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
- Support Squad Leads in Quests / User stories assign
- Support the Squad Lead to plan tasks required for delivery of Quest
- Support identification and interpretation of data/ reports/ research results
- Document and refine product specifications (documentation of deliverables of squad)
- Prepare reports/presentations based on the analysis for external & internal communications
- Source and analyse data for the creation of baseline, future state costs, FTE, process maps and any other analysis required for mission
- Analyse data and solves data-related issues
- Examine ways to better understand customer needs and potential improvement of team performance via data capture and analysis

Bachelor Degree -.

Minimum 2 years
- Experience writing compelling business case proposals
- Legal document review / experience
- Business development
- Excellent written, presentation and communication skills
- Well informed on the developments in the relevant domain
- Good understanding of key bank processes
- Business financials and planning knowledge
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge on analytical tools
- Good written communication skills
