Production Qc Supervisor

Ensure all incoming raw material must meet to spec requirement prior release to Production.
- Coordinate with production planner on all incoming raw material
- Prepare and simplify SOP for incoming material checking to ensure QC checked is efficient and well control
- To ensure QC monitoring activities at place on daily basis.
- Guiding and training production operators upon requested
- Effective utilization of resources including manpower, material, tools and machines to improve on product quality
- To be initiatives to propose for continuous improvement program to improve on product handling, process, and flow
- To ensure all production process control activities are carried out
- To ensure all work instruction and SOPs are display, followed and up to date
- To Maintain and improve on production floor Quality System and process control
- To ensure Daily output is matching to MOC
- To ensure all products meet quality and efficiency standards set by management
- Responsible for products quality improvement, monitor and Data analysis
- Investigate quarantine status and follow up on its rejection/replacement status with production department.
- Preparation and review daily, weekly, monthly quality performance
- Preparing of daily machines efficiency, utilization and rejection report.
- SOP and work instruction preparation for first product, product quality evaluation, report and approval, and ensure all SOP are up to date
- To liaise with QA and Production department to standardize product quality checked procedure.
- Any other assignments/duties given by superior or Top Management

**Job Types**: Full-time, New-Grad

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Quality control: 5 years (preferred)
