Are you passionate about quality, precision, and continuous improvement? Join our Quality Control (QC) team and gain hands-on experience in ensuring excellence across customized furniture and retail fixture production.

Quality Control Intern

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in incoming inspection of raw and processed materials (e.g., veneer boards, upholstery, metal parts, etc.).
  • Perform in-process inspections during production, including dimensional checks, visual appearance, and assembly quality.
  • Support final inspection before packaging and delivery to ensure product conformity with drawings and quality standards.
  • Record and maintain inspection reports and QC documentation accurately.
  • Support nonconformance reporting (NCR) and follow up with production on corrective actions.
  • Participate in sample approval, color matching, and material verification processes.
  • Assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to quality and process control.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor related to quality assurance and control.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quality Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Wood Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Basic understanding of quality inspection and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willing to work at Kapar, Klang
  • Internship Duration: 3-6months
