About the role

Jayfen Health (M) Sdn Bhd, a leading healthcare manufacturing company, is seeking a talented QA/QC Executive to join our dynamic team in Klang, Selangor. As a full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across our manufacturing processes.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conducting thorough inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to verify adherence to quality standards
  2. Documenting and maintaining detailed quality control records, reports, and data analysis
  3. Collaborating with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement
  4. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and the company's quality management system
  5. Participating in quality audits and assisting in the preparation of audit-related documentation
  6. Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures
  7. Staying up-to-date with the latest quality assurance best practices and techniques

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably in the manufacturing or healthcare industry
  2. Degree or diploma in a relevant field such as Quality Assurance, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Engineering
  3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address quality-related issues
  4. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
  5. Proficient in the use of quality control equipment and software
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  7. Thorough understanding of quality management systems and regulatory compliance requirements
