Job Responsibility for QA Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining and improving quality systems in compliance with FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, HALAL, and company policies.
  • Develop, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality documentation.
  • Conduct, and follow up on supplier audits and assessments to ensure consistent quality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholder to establish quality standards, support product and process validation for new product categories.
  • Participate in internal, customer, and certification audits; support implementation and monitoring of corrective and preventive action (CAPA).
  • Perform periodic pre-requisite inspections of manufacturing processes, facilities and environment to ensure adherence to quality and industry standard.
  • Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective action corresponding to non-conformance and customer complaint.
  • Conduct internal training on QA processes, GMP, and documentation compliance.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve quality systems, supplier management, and product compliance.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by superior or Management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in QA or Quality System Management, preferably in manufacturing or food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, HALAL, and quality documentation management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work cross-functionally and independently.
  • Great attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying and resolving quality issue
