What you'll be doing?
  • Ensure Process Compliance: Guarantee that manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems consistently meet required specifications and regulatory standards.
  • Develop Validation Protocols: Create, implement, and execute validation protocols for equipment, processes, and systems, including ongoing verification during commercial production.
  • Collaborate on New Product Launches: Work closely with Product Development Engineering to establish Process FMEA, Quality Control Plan, Test Method, SOP, and Work Instruction for new product launches.
  • Implement Statistical Process Control: Develop, implement, and execute Statistical Process Control (SPC) to continuously improve process control of new and existing products.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis: Conduct process troubleshooting and non-conformity root cause analysis using skills such as 8D Problem Solving, DMAIC, 5Whys, Fish Bone Diagram, etc.
  • Lead Training and Implementation: Lead the training and implementation of new and existing processes to Quality, Production, and relevant departments. Establish relevant SOP and WI.
  • Handle Customer Complaints: Handle customer complaints and internal production rejects effectively.
  • Conduct Internal Audits: Perform Internal Audits to continuously improve the production process and Quality Management System. Support and attend external audits.
Who are they looking for?
  • Science Educated Background: Preferably with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or Material Science.
  • Years of Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in Quality Assurance role. Exposure to ISO 9001:2015 QMS, GMP, Automotive, and medical products working environment is an added advantage.
  • Professional Certifications: Additional professional certifications such as ASQ, SPC, Lean, Six Sigma is an added advantage.
  • Software Proficiencies: Intermediate user level: Minitab, MS Office, e-mail; basic user level: instrumentation programming.
