Description

  • Lead the design and development of mechanical systems and components for industrial applications.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and product designs.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and present engineering solutions to stakeholders.
  • Oversee testing and validation of mechanical systems to ensure reliability and efficiency.

  • Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and contribute to team development.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in mechanical engineering and manufacturing technologies.

Profile

A successful Senior Mechanical Engineer should have:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles and industry standards.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
  • Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication skills to present ideas and solutions effectively.
  • Willing to relocate to Kulim.
