Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison with clients and their representatives on all technical and project-related matters.
  • Prepare
    engineering drawings using AutoCAD
    , ensuring full compliance with ASME Code and client specifications.
  • Perform
    design calculation
    for pressure vessel design and mechanical analysis using
    PV Elite
  • Coordinate and monitor
    engineering
    ,
    fabrication
    , and
    procurement
    workflows.
  • Prepare, verify, and update packing lists and project deliverables.
  • Present project status and progress updates during weekly management meetings.
  • Undertake any additional responsibilities assigned by top management.

Authorities

  • Full authority over project implementation and technical matters as delegated by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
    in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
    for mechanical drawings, detailing, and fabrication layouts (required).
  • Experience using PV Elite
    for pressure vessel design and analysis (highly preferred).
  • Basic understanding of relevant engineering codes and standards including:
  • ASME Section VIII
  • API Standards
    such as
    API 650,620
    (Storage Tanks)
  • Ability to interpret mechanical datasheets, fabrication drawings, WPS/PQR, and customer specifications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in mechanical design.
  • Good communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
