We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to lead the design, development, and improvement of products and production processes. This role involves hands-on problem-solving, strong technical expertise, and a focus on innovation, quality, and continuous improvement—particularly within a cleanroom or precision manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead product development projects from concept through to full-scale production.
  • Enhance and refine existing products to improve performance, cost efficiency, and manufacturability.
  • Review and validate technical drawings, BOMs, and specifications for accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide technical support to production, quality, and supply chain teams.
  • Investigate product issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall product performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee prototype builds and conduct functional and validation testing.
  • Ensure products meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and manuals.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers and technical staff.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    Minimum 5 years in product development, preferably within manufacturing or cleanroom environments.
  • Proficient in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
