Job description:

  • Assist in developing and implementing QA/WWTP plans, including hazard analyses, preventive measures, process controls and monitoring procedures.
  • Conduct routine inspections, audits and process verifications to ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards.
  • Monitor WWTP/IETS process and environmental parameters to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
  • Investigate operational issues, customer complaints, process deviations, incidents and near misses; support corrective and preventive actions.
  • Prepare, maintain and review reports and documentation for quality, environmental compliance and management review.
  • Support validation and verification of new process, equipment and system within WWTP operations.
  • Participate in root cause analysis for quality issues.
  • Assist in planning and delivering QA/WWTP training programs for staff, identify training needs.
  • Support management in continuous improvement initiatives for QA performance and operational excellence.
  • Maintain records of audits, inspections, monitoring results, corrective actions, and process improvements.
  • Prepare periodic reports on QA/WWTP performance trends, non-conformances and compliance status.
  • Ensure documentation supports ISO 9001 certification, regulatory compliance and internal management requirements.

Requirements

  • Certificate or Diploma in QA, Environmental Engineering or related field
  • 1-3 years? experience in Quality assurance.
  • Experience in corrugated box manufacturing and WWTP/IETS will be advantage.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, Environment regulations and standards also WWTP/IETS operations.
  • Strong analytical independently and collaboratively with operational and management teams.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and committed to continuous improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
