Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team by preparing quotations, sales orders, and related documents.
- Assist in coordinating with customers regarding order confirmations, delivery schedules, and after-sales support.
- Liaise closely with internal departments such as production, logistics, and procurement, accounts to ensure seamless order processing.
- Handle customer inquiries and follow-up on pending orders or outstanding issues.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and filing systems accurately.
- Prepare regular sales reports and assist in sales forecasting activities.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including arranging meetings, compiling reports, and assisting with marketing activities if needed.
- Ensure a professional and prompt response to customer communications.
- Other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager or Management from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a sales support, sales administration, or customer service role.
- Fluent in English, and Malay (spoken and written).
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic ERP systems (advantageous).
- Able to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and customer-focused mind-set.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
