Revit Team Lead is responsible for leading modellers and drafters in the development of detailed 3D models/drawings using Revit software, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with project specifications. The role involves ensuring that the model is coordinated with the various design disciplines to deliver high-quality model and drawings that support the construction process from design through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
Model Creation and Management:

- Oversee the development of the 3D modelling of structural elements, including steel, concrete, and other materials, using Revit. Tekla Structures would be a plus point.
- Ensure models are accurate, detailed, and conform to project specifications and Australian standards.
- Manage and update models throughout the project lifecycle, incorporating revisions and changes as necessary.

Coordination and Collaboration:

- Coordinate the model with the design drawings of architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Overlay and clash check external models.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure preferred construction methods are integrated in the model.
- Liaise with temporary works engineers and ensure that temporary works details are incorporated into the model and details.
- Raise RFIs for design issues and propose/workshop solutions.

Quality Assurance:

- Conduct regular audits of models to ensure compliance with Cerecon shop drawing standards, Australian standards and project requirements.
- Implement and maintain best practices for modelling, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all projects.

Documentation and Reporting:

- Generate marking plans, assembly drawings, part drawings, dxf/nc files, transmittals and necessary documentation from models for use in construction and project management.

Training and Development:

- Mentor and train junior modelers and other team members in the use of Revit Structures and best practices in modelling.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Revit software and modelling techniques, sharing knowledge with the team.

**Experience**:

- Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in structural modelling using Revit Structures.
- Experience with Australian projects and products.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Revit Structures and other relevant BIM software.
- Understanding of structural engineering principles as well as fabrication and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
