**MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the architect and in projects undertaken by company
- Have a good knowledge & familiar with Architecture Design and manage to interpret 2D Structure Drawings to 3D BIM Model
- Responsible for technical project drawing, create, maintain or amend BIM models of different disciplines. (Architectural, Structural & MEP).
- Manage and knowledgeable in creating Project Template & Standards for Architecture
- Able to Produce Schematic, Isometric, Details, Layout &
Section Drawings
- Possess strong interpersonal, communication skills and MUST be able to meet demanding work schedules and having skills including the ability to multi-task
- Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
- Managing design projects from concept development through to completion.
- Create and understand 3D Family Creation
- Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client's needs.
- Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
- Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.
- Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.
- Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.
- Any other tasks as and when assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Able to use BIM (Revit), AutoCAD, and other related software.
- Working experience in BIM Environment is added advantage. Proficient in BIM-related software, eg. Autodesk Revit/AutoCAD 2D.
- Able to prepare working drawings, construction details, and detailed drawings
- Able to prepare technical drawings, Tender drawing for client submissions.
- Able to handle authority submissions
- Possess own transport
- Must be willing to travel / outstation / work overtime.
- Excellent verbal communication
- Effective organizational and communication skills
- Previous experience as an Architect preferred.
- Excellent technical drawing skills.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
- BIM Modeling certification will be added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Revit: 3 years (preferred)
