Role Summary

Lead the global design function across multiple markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, Germany, and future expansions), driving design strategy, innovation, and excellence for logistics, industrial, and data centre projects. Oversee end-to-end design activities—from feasibility and test fits to BIM coordination—ensuring alignment with business objectives, cost efficiency, and project quality.

Key Responsibilities


• Creating and maintaining a high-quality MEP BIM model is of priority.


• BIM Coordination and daily management of BIM project data sets/workflows and project set up.


• Construct 3D BIM model using Revit software


• Develop technical plans, details and 2D/3D schematic diagrams using AutoCAD & Sketch Up


• Involved in 2D shop drawings and BIM model production until as-built stage by providing continuous support for constant updates, adjustment, amendments or revision to shop drawings as and when required.


• Liaise with team to ensure changes in procedure and standards are effectively communicated to project teams.


• Liaise and coordinate and other trades for cross-team support on BIM software.


• Ensure all models are compatible and BIM data are made available to all project participants.


• Collaborate with team and other relevant departments to ensure all drawings are in order as per design requirements.


• To manage and coordinate production of quality shop drawings and BIM model in all projects assigned under his responsibility with minimal supervision.


• Ensure strict compliance to schematic convention.


• Provide integrated cross sectional detail drawing of multiple architectural and structural elements.

Job Requirements


• Candidate should possess strong MEP background


• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent.


• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Industrial project is an added advantage).


• Required Skill(s): BIM, Revit, Sketchup , Autocad & Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).


• Strong interpersonal skill and ability to develop positive relations with different stakeholders.


• Able to lead and inspire high performance, to ensure all drawings are accurate and issued on a timely basis.


• Understands specifications, drawings, scope and sequence of works.


• Ability to interpret construction drawings for any discrepancies.


• Coordination and identify areas of concerns with design intent.
