Role Description

This is a full-time role for a BIM Modeler located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models, supporting architectural designs, and producing accurate construction drawings. Additional tasks include coordinating with project teams, incorporating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) elements into models, and ensuring effective collaboration to meet project goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and experience in developing architectural models
  • Strong expertise in architecture and construction drawings
  • Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) integration within designs
  • Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary project team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure design accuracy
  • Familiarity with sustainable and environmentally conscious design practices is a plus
  • Bachelor or Masters degree in Architecture
