Our client, a reputable **Restaurant Chains & Food Supplier** that was established in year 1999. They have been serving great foods since then and growing rapidly over the years due to the high market demand. They have been growing rapidly over the years due to the market demand and they are currently seeking for a passionate **Sous Chef** to join their big family. As part of the company, you will work with their kitchen team to creates new recipes to improve noodles menu and food products from the company.

- **Responsibilities**:_
- Innovate and create new noodles recipes and menu that align with market trends and company objectives
- Ensure food products meet quality and regulatory standards through thorough testing and feedback collection
- Stay informed on industry trends and consumer preferences to identify new product opportunities
- Source high-quality ingredients and collaborate with suppliers to maintain consistency and quality
- Maintain proper documentation to support costing, labeling, scale up and production of new and existing products
- Keep detailed records and prepare reports to communicate R&D progress and findings
- Ensure all products comply with food safety standards and regulatory requirement

- At least 4-5 years of relevant working experience is required
- Self Motivated and Able to Work Under Pressure
- Team Player with Good Initiative and Leadership Skills
- Able to provide training to kitchen staffs
