- To assist superior in providing high level customer service experience.
- Follow-up on job progress and update customers accordingly.
- Effectively clarify and solve customers’ complaints.
- Maintain and update customers’ information and interactions in the system accordingly.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
**Requirement**
- Currently pursuing Diploma / Degree in Customer Service / Business Administration / Marketing or equivalent.
- Willing to learn phone handling skills and active listening.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Internship duration: 6 months (December 2024 - June 2025)

Pay: RM600.00 per month
