**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management strategies, in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-mortem reviews, to drive accountability and promote transparency.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on budget status, variances, and financial forecasts.
- Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues to senior management as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners, to facilitate effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables, and proactively identify opportunities to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance project outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and quality standards, and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the project management team.
- Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management on project status, key metrics, risks, and issues, and provide recommendations for course corrections as needed. 

**Qualifications**:

- 2 years of experience in project management, with a demonstrated track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects in a fast-paced environment;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation;
- Strong desire to learn and develop professionally, with a hunger to constantly improve skills and knowledge;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically, anticipate issues, and develop effective solutions;
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing priorities, and drive results in a deadline-driven environment;
- High degree of integrity, professionalism, and accountability, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceeding customer expectations;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field would be preferred.
