Form a dedicated team to drive and oversee the successful execution of the Company's high -impact development projects.Develop strategic plans and clearly define the objectives and goals of each project.Manage and coordinate project resources to ensure optimal utilization and efficiency.​Work closely with senior management to identify, monitor, and resolve risks and issues related to project delivery, including financial performance, quality standards, and timelines.​Perform project assessments and apply value engineering strategies to enhance efficiency and cost -effectiveness.​Manage all aspects of pre - and post -contract activities.Track and resolve project risks and challenges, ensuring adherence to financial constraints, quality standards, and delivery timelines.Oversee team -specific tasks with close attention to detail to prevent unexpected issues proactively and cost escalations. RequirementsPossession of a Bachelor's Degree in ConstructionManagement, Engineering, or an equivalent field.A minimum of 8 years of practical experience serving as aproject lead in mid to large -scale projects and construction management.Exposure to diverse projects, including townshipdevelopment, landed and high -rise residential, as well as commercial andindustrial development, spanning from conceptualization and planning toconstruction and project completion.Proficiency in project management techniques and tools.Familiarity with the company's financial performance.Knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirementspertaining to land matters, planning, building, safety, environmental concerns,defect management, project accounting, project costing, and project scheduling.Excellent communication skills.Ability to communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin.Strong organizational abilities, including attention todetail and proficiency in multitasking.Demonstrated expertise in people management, strategicplanning, risk management, and change management.
