**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of workers in the execution of structural works (fabrication and/or installation) in accordance with project specifications and standards.
- Ensure all site activities comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work packages accurately.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor daily and upcoming work activities to ensure timely project progress.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, QA/QC, HSE, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of site activities.
- Monitor work progress and workforce productivity, reporting any issues that may affect the project schedule.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials on site.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain documentation related to site activities.
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to junior crew members as necessary.
- Participate in toolbox meetings and enforce compliance with safety practices.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **8 years of experience** in **heavy construction for offshore oil & gas facilities**.
- Recent experience in a similar role as **Supervisor in onshore fabrication and/or installation** projects is essential.
- Strong knowledge of **structural works**, materials, methods, and tools.
- Proficient in **reading and interpreting engineering drawings** and related documentation.
- Ability to **plan daily work** and **look-ahead schedules** efficiently to meet tight project timelines.
- Demonstrated commitment to **safety** in all aspects of work.
- Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in challenging environments.
- Familiarity with relevant codes and industry best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,588.42 - RM6,000.00 per month
