As the HR Business Advisor at Dexcom Malaysia, you will play a crucial role in supporting and partnering with business leaders to drive the organization's strategic objectives. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR advisory services, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR programs and initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business goals and align HR strategies to drive organizational success.
- Provide strategic guidance on talent management, workforce planning, performance management, compensation planning and organizational development.
- Collect/analyze human resources data and make recommendations to promote continual improvement.
- Enhance the HR department’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; and exploring opportunities to add value to objectives and output.
- Complete projects and special assignments to determine priorities, effective time management, gain the cooperation of others, monitor progress, problem-solving, and make appropriate adjustment to project plans.
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and employee engagement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in HR supporting large MNCs or Medical Devices is preferred.
- Previous experience with Workday is preferred.
- Previous experience with RBA compliance is preferred
