**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the administration and support of Microsoft Active Directory environments.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, groups, and security permissions.
- Monitor AD health and performance using tools and reports.
- Participate in user onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist in the implementation of Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
- Support Active Directory backup and recovery procedures.
- Work closely with senior system administrators and IT support teams.
- Maintain documentation related to AD changes, processes, and procedures.
- Follow IT security policies and compliance standards.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
